We want you to be satisfied with all of the services you receive as a Healthfirst member. That’s why Healthfirst Member Services Representatives are trained to provide accurate
and timely responses to your inquiries and complaints. Healthfirst Member Services Representatives are available to assist you with questions or concerns you have about
your membership as well as ordering a new identification card for you, assist you with changing your PCP and process your change of name, address or telephone number.

Healthfirst Member Services Representatives are available to assist you 7 days a week,
from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, except for holidays. The toll free number for Healthfirst Member Services is 1-877-GO4-HFNJ(1-877-464-4365). We speak your language! If you need translation assistance, we have bilingual Member Services Representatives who can assist you.
