Healthfirst NJ offers the NJ FamilyCare/Medicaid Program to people living in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic and Union counties in New Jersey. At Healthfirst NJ, we are proud to offer quality care and excellent customer service to all of our members. By joining Healthfirst NJ, you can see doctors and specialists who speak your language and are close by to where you live.

To find out if you qualify to enroll in the NJ FamilyCare/Medicaid Program, please call 1-888-GO4-HFNJ (1-888-464-4365) Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. English TTY users should call 1-800-852-7897 and Spanish TTY users should call 1-866-658-7714. You can also contact NJ FamilyCare at 1-800-701-0710 or TTY 1-800-701-0720.
